Mr. Nachiket U Phadke

Nachiket is Co-Founder & Partner at ELENO Energy LLP and Head of ELENO Training division.

He is co-heading ELENO Energy and primarily deals with full vehicle Crash, Impact and NVH situations for Automotive as well as non-automotive components and assemblies including Defense Industry.

His area of expertise include Vehicle Interior Systems including Complete Seating System, Door Panels, Instrument Panel System, Floor Consoles, Overhead Consoles, Vehicle Batteries, Bumper System etc. He also has deep working knowledge about Vehicle Regulatory requirement for Safety for domestic and International markets.

After finishing his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, he worked with Tata Johnson Control for over 6 years then Shape Corporation and later he founded Node Element Consultancy where he served as Technical Director

Mr. Mayur N Kulkarni

Mayur is Co-Founder & Partner at ELENO Energy LLP and is responsible for Engineering Operations.

He completed his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas, USA with specialization in Computer Aided Design. He has worked with Ford - Product Development (USA) as Body Structures Engineer.

He also worked with Chrysler - Advance Vehicle Engineering (USA) & Piaggio Vehicles - R&D (India). With over a decade’s experience in Mechanical Design in addition to academic depth, his work is mainly focused on Product Development including Conceptual Design and Validation using Computer Aided Techniques.

His other responsibilities include managing Product Development trainings, Techno Staffing & Business Development. His primary aim is to provide flawless engineering services inclusive of Product Development to customer to help grow their organization.
