Job Responsibilities :

• Sourcing accurate contact details from online resources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker of the companies from the technical departments like Engineering/CAE, Design, and Sourcing etc.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products / services.
• Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate relative case studies customized to client’s needs.
• Prepare a custom presentation showing how our services will solve client’s pain areas.
• Write emails/MOM professionally to record all discussions with the clients
• Identifying new markets, looking for new growth opportunities for the company.
• Experience in preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
• Ensuring that sales targets are met.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English, Hindi)
• Negotiation skills

Job Description:

• Carry out Pre-Processing, Simulation setup, Post-processing as per the entity Customers requirements. 
• Hands on experience in integrating the Full Vehicle, Seating system, Interiors and Exterior trims.
• Must have knowledge about FMVSS / European standards.
• Excellent understanding of materials and manufacturing process (plastics, sheet metal forming, and die casting)
• Excellent hands on experience in FEA analysis of metal and plastics components.
• Ability to understand the physical problem, translate it to a FEA model, and interpreting CAE analysis outcomes to provide design recommendations and solutions.
• Prior experience in technical review of team's work to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Can convert physical / field problem into Simulation problem (Boundary Condition definition) independently.
• Perform the Structural simulations, analyze the results, prepare proper report with appropriate conclusions and suggestions to improve the product performance
• Good in Result interpretation, may need help in design solutions
• Good communication skills. Strong engineering fundamentals.
